- Organising all shipments in line with all related parties
- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
- Deliver against departmental KPIs
- Track cargo movement from loading port until destination port (depend on sales term).
- Collect and give input to supervisor in negotiate to get the most competitive OF and other terms/conditions
- Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times
- Continual review of shipping dates and reporting exceptions
- Assisting with the re-negotiating of terms of business/service level agreements and
- performance evaluation and taking corrective action as required
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
- Having min 1 year of working experience in Dry Cargo Logistic and Shipping in Commercial Palm Oil
- Good in Analytical Thinking and communication
- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages.
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
